xFeetFreq is a slim, modern MIDI controller, too, which can be used separately from Logic or any computer device if so desired. Its got a ¼” jack input for CV (control-voltage) signals, allowing expression pedals to be attached and configured for MIDI CC control. Its ¼’ jack can alternatlivey be used for MIDI output, which, with a type-A adapter, can be traditional DIN MIDI (out of the box the MIDI Output is via Bluetooth and/or USB-MIDI).
